Frequently Asked Questions

Annie doesn’t start running at the start of the game. How can I fix this?

Best thing is to delete your save file in your local app save file folder (Tutorial on how to find the folder here: https://view.monday.com/1982176803-435fa40a83a0642f8520033712cf9ab5?r=euc1) and then start the game again. Make sure not to quit until you have finished Annies questline, since the bug comes from quitting before it’s finished (either in the customization or in the first few minutes of the game).

Can I unlock the other 2 characters yet?

No they are part of future updates :)

Can I unlock the cooking bonuses yet?

No they are tied to friendship levels and will unlock with lvl 4 friendship which will be achievable in the Summer Update.

A character doesn’t have a quest for me anymore but doesn’t advance their friendship level either. What should I do?

In our quests we use “Future Time Restrictions” to regulate that some quests can only unlock after another quest has finished. So in this case you might need to continue questing with other characters first. The best thing to do is to just do any quest you have available since it might unlock a new quest from another NPC. We’ll be working on how we can make this more transparent for players in the future.
